First Aid in the Workplace is a practical and adaptable programme to establish and increase knowledge of emergency procedures, increasing the skills to deal with typical injuries and illnesses. Having overall raised employee first aid awareness and skills is a proactive management health & safety statement, and increases employee confidence in health and safety in the workplace. This course is beneficial for all workplaces, but particularly for higher risk environments and off-site workers.

Our course offers theoretical and practical training in how to respond to medical emergencies and is especially suited for nominated first aiders in smaller, low risk working environments. Topics include Scene assessment, Managing an incident; Personal safety and patient management, CPR, heart attack, Treatment of an unconscious casualty; Resuscitation; and Common workplace injuries.
